LUCKNOW, Sept. 24 -- The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) will launch two residential schemes offering around 4,600 plots and inaugurate five group housing projects on September 24, with chief minister Yogi Adityanath scheduled to attend the programme. The two plotted schemes - Varun Vihar along the Agra Expressway and Naimish Nagar in Bakshi Ka Talab - have been approved under the CM Urban Expansion Scheme. According to an LDA official, Varun Vihar will have around 2,700 plots, while Naimish Nagar will offer nearly 1,700 plots.
