LDA spl property registration camp from today
Lucknow, Nov. 3 -- To clear long-pending property registrations, the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) will organise a 13-day special registration camp from November 3 to 15, 2025, at its headquarters. The initiative aims to provide a single-window platform for allottees to complete their registration process without delays.
LDA vice-chairman Prathamesh Kumar has directed that all registration proceedings be conducted on one platform to ensure efficiency and transparency. The camp will be held in the Committee Hall of the LDA building, with teams from both LDA and the Registration Department working together.
According to LDA secretary Vivek Srivastava, several residential and commercial properties allotted under various schemes remain unregistered. "The special camp is being organised jointly with the Registration Department to simplify and speed up the registration process for allottees," he said.
During the first 10 days, LDA officials will prepare and verify registration documents for pending properties. In the final three days, officers from the Registration Department will be present to finalise registrations on-site, removing the need for separate visits.
Deputy secretary Madhvesh Kumar said allottees who have paid the full property amount are being contacted through the LDA call centre. "Those who have deposited 80 percent or more of the property cost are also being encouraged to clear the balance and complete registration during the camp," he added.
