KMC language University convocation tomorrow
LUCKNOW, July 7 -- Degrees of 1,246 students of Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti (KMC) Language University, Lucknow, will be uploaded on DigiLocker via Blockchain technology during the convocation ceremony on Wednesday (July 8).
Of the total 125 medals, female students have bagged 74. Anandiben Patel, governor and chancellor of state universities, will present medals to 25 students. Mohammad Affan of BA (Arabic), Saumya Mishra of BTech (Biotechnology) and Akashi Yadav of BSc (Biotechnology) have bagged the top three medals. Sudhanshu Trivedi, Rajya Sabha MP, will deliver the convocation address while Yogendra Upadhyay, higher education minister and Rajni Tiwari, MoS, higher education, will also grace the occasion.
Vice chancellor Prof Ajay Taneja said the governor will inaugurate a Bal Vatika, five renovated guest house rooms, 2 lifts and 3 special toilets for persons with disabilities, 10 state-of-the-art pharmacy labs, Major Dhyan Chand Sports Complex, and a learning management system as part of the celebration.
He shared that eleven technical and academic books written or edited by faculty will be released during the convocation....
