Lucknow, June 18 -- Uttar Pradesh finance and parliamentary affairs minister Suresh Kumar Khanna on Wednesday expressed confidence that work on the recently approved Lucknow Metro East-West Corridor will begin soon, strengthening public transport and improving connectivity across the city. During a visit to the UPMRC pavilion at the "12 Years of Trust, Development and Public Welfare" exhibition at Indira Gandhi Pratishthan, Khanna reviewed Metro project exhibits and praised the corporation's role in developing safe, reliable and eco-friendly urban transport systems.
