LUCKNOW, Aug. 8 -- IndianOil on Friday launched the "Indane XTRALITE NOW" composite cylinder service in Lucknow, offering a guaranteed three-hour doorstep delivery to cater to the needs of fast-paced urban lifestyles. The service combines express LPG delivery with a lightweight, transparent composite cylinder designed for households as well as commercial users, marking a departure from the conventional LPG distribution model. Unlike conventional LPG services, the new offering allows customers to order refills on demand, with no monthly or annual limits on the number of refills. Sanjay Bhandari, executive director and state head (UPSO-I), IndianOil, said the Indane XTRALITE cylinder, made with advanced composite polymer technology, is over 50% lighter than steel cylinders. Chief general manager (LPG) Bhadra Lakra said the service guarantees doorstep delivery within three hours and allows unlimited refills.
