Lucknow, May 30 -- Bad weather and operational issues forced several flights to be diverted to Lucknow's Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport (CCSIA), on Friday, airport officials said. Air India flight AI1839 from Pune to Delhi was diverted to Lucknow because of a low-fuel situation. Authorities said all standard safety procedures were followed after the landing. Air India Express flight IX1231, operating from Pune to Delhi, was also diverted to Lucknow due to adverse weather conditions in the national capital. Several flights on Delhi-Patna route were also affected. Air India Express flight IX1346 from Delhi to Patna landed at Lucknow airport at 8:03 am. The aircraft departed for Patna at 10:16 am. IndiGo flight 6E6394 from Chandigarh to Patna was also diverted to Lucknow and landed at Amausi Airport at 9:55 am. During the halt, 15 passengers were offloaded in Lucknow. The flight later resumed its journey at 11:02 am. Another IndiGo flight, 6E2769 from Delhi to Patna, was also diverted to Lucknow due to poor weather conditions.
