New Delhi, July 30 -- The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) on Wednesday unveiled 'Scale Without Boundaries' as the theme for the 10th edition of the India Mobile Congress (IMC) 2026. The four-day event will be held from October 7 at Yashobhoomi in Dwarka, New Delhi, and will be anchored around four pillars - Srishti (building the future), Suraksha (strengthening trust), Sashakt (expanding opportunities), and Samvardhan (fueling growth). Launching the theme, Union communications minister Jyotiraditya Scindia said the event has evolved into a global technology platform over the past decade. "It is no longer a South Asian event, but an international event," Scindia said, adding that the conversation has shifted from connecting people to shaping the future of global digital ecosystems. "When we started IMC a decade ago, we talked about connecting the next billion. As we lay the foundation for the next chapter, we must examine how innovations, technologies and ideas from India can cross borders and go across the world," Scindia said. He added that while IMC 2025, with the theme 'Innovate to Transform', focused on showcasing the world's technological capabilities, this year's edition would centre on the responsibilities that come with technological leadership. IMC 2026 is expected to attract over 150,000 attendees, feature over 300 exhibitors with partners from over 100 countries, and showcase over 1,500 technology use cases, said a government press release.
