VARANASI, Feb. 11 -- Two siblings, aged 46 and 38 years, from Hyderabad were on Tuesday found dead in their hotel room even as police suspected it to be a case of suicide. A police officer said the 46-year-old brother and his younger sister came to Varanasi four days ago and had put up in the same hotel room since. Photocopies of their Aadhaar established their identity. Quoting the hotel staff, the official said the siblings had cited temple darshan as their reason for the visit, and were supposed to check out of the room on Tuesday. Since they didn't leave till noon, the hotel staff made several failed attempts to alert them over the phone. Later, the room was opened in the presence of police, and two were found dead with froth coming out of the woman's mouth. The police searched the room and only found a pan card and laptop.
