"We are thankful to chief minister Yogi Adityanath for stepping in and paving way for the LDA takeover. However, LDA cannot be trusted blindly...our aspiration is to get possession of our property and any kind of cash compensation would be totally against our interest," said Manoj Tiwari, who owns a property in Sector N of phase 2. Tiwari said homebuyers wanted possession of properties they had booked rather than compensation based on disposal of properties.
