Agra, May 16 -- BJP MP from Mathura, Hema Malini inaugurated 'Mero Mathura' app developed by Mathura Vrindavan Nagar Nigam in collaboration with a bank on Thursday in Mathura. The app is for providing required information to devotees, tourists and residents of Mathura. She also inaugurated 500 solar lights installed on Goverdhan Parikrama route in Mathura. The event was also attended by Shailja Kant Mishra, vice chairman of Uttar Pradesh Braj Teerth Vikas Parishad, a body headed by chief minister Yogi Adityanath as chairman. District magistrate of Mathura, Chandra Prakash Singh was also present. 'Mero Mathura'-the newly launched app is claimed to be a digital platform to inform visitors about available facilities and other required information regarding the twin religious cities of Mathura and Vrindavan."
