JODHPUR, April 13 -- The Rajasthan high court has allowed a couple seeking divorce by mutual consent to tender evidence via video conferencing (VC) from their respective places of residence in United States and Ireland, setting aside a family court order that had insisted on their appearance through an Indian consulate.
