The court has also directed the government lawyer to seek information from the government to present his response in the case. A vacation single bench of Justice Arun Kumar Singh Deshwal passed the order on June 15 on a petition filed by Virendra Kumar Pandey, a police official challenging his transfer order dated May 31,2026. The petitioner's lawyer stated that the petitioner is 70% disabled; his left hand was also disabled in an accident. On the other hand, the government lawyer stated that such a police official can be transferred in exceptional circumstances.
