India, Oct. 3 -- Actor Halle Berry, 60, is facing allegations of child abuse from her ex-husband, French actor Olivier Martinez, 60, who has sought a temporary restraining order against her over their 12-year-old son, Maceo. According to court documents reported by Page Six, Martinez alleged that on September 26, Berry choked Maceo, with her fiance Van Hunt allegedly present. He also claimed she had wrestled their son to the ground and made him "tap out" on several occasions over the past 18 months. Martinez is seeking sole custody of Maceo.
