LUCKNOW, Oct. 31 -- The state is expected to experience unseasonal, low intensity rainfall over the next 24 hours under the influence of a low-pressure area over northern Chhattisgarh and the adjoining eastern Madhya Pradesh. For the first half of Saturday, IMD issued a yellow alert indicating a high probability of heavy rainfall in 21 districts, including Azamgarh, Ballia, Gorakhpur, Sant Kabir Nagar, among others, and surrounding regions.
