Lucknow, July 10 -- The UP Food Safety and Drug Administration (FSDA) has launched a major statewide crackdown on counterfeit and substandard processed food products, inspecting 496 establishments and collecting 801 samples of sauces, mayonnaise, chutneys and pickles for laboratory testing.
