Meerut, Feb. 10 -- Five juvenile inmates escaped in a filmy manner after breaking the lock of their room at the Government Juvenile Observation Home located near the social welfare department office in Fakirpura under Civil Lines police area of Moradabad district.
Officials said the incident occurred at around 2:55 am on Sunday night when the juveniles broke the lock of their room, climbed onto the roof, and then fled by scaling the boundary wall and jumping outside.

SHO Civil Lines Manish Saxena said the absconding juveniles hail from different districts. Among them are two juveniles from UP's Amroha, one from Moradabad, and two juveniles from Udham Singh Nagar district of Uttarakhand.
