LUCNKNOW, April 19 -- Three young men allegedly impersonated a firm owner and siphoned off 1,180 sacks of plaster of Paris (PoP) in broad daylight, only to be arrested within 72 hours by Lucknow Police. Police recovered the entire stolen consignment used to orchestrate the deception. According to Amit K Anand, DCP, South, the incident unfolded in the Gosainganj area when a truck driver, carrying a consignment of PoP from Dantour in Rajasthan, received a call from a man claiming to be the owner of the supplying firm.
