LUCKNOW, Sept. 24 -- Two men, including the alleged kingpin of a racket involving fake Aadhaar cards, birth certificates and other documents, were arrested in Lucknow after being wanted in Mumbai, the UP Special Task Force (STF) said on Wednesday. The accused were identified as Imtiyaz Siddiqui Rain, a resident of Ayodhya who was staying in Mumbai, and Mohd Talha Khan, also from Ayodhya. They were wanted in a case registered at Paydhuni police station in Mumbai under the BNS and IT Act. The arrests were made around 10 pm on Tuesday near Awadh Kitchen Hotel under Dubagga police station following intelligence gathering by the STF's Ayodhya unit and a joint operation with Mumbai Police, the STF said in a press note. Siddiqui initially helped people obtain PAN cards, driving licences and other documents in Mumbai before opening a Jan Seva Kendra.
