DM inspects training centres,calls for 100% attendance
LUCKNOW, April 25 -- Ahead of Census-2027, the Lucknow administration on Friday moved to plug gaps in enumerator training, directing officials to ensure full attendance and uninterrupted sessions.
District magistrate Vishak G inspected training centres and took stock of the quality of training which began on April 20, attendance levels, logistical arrangements, and available resources. He directed that the training programme be conducted effectively in strict accordance with the prescribed schedule and that 100% attendance of all designated personnel be ensured.
He first inspected the training centre at GD Goenka School Public School, where training for enumerators and supervisors from Zone 8 of the municipal corporation is currently underway.
Additional district magistrate (finance and revenue) Rakesh Singh informed the DM that a total of six batches are receiving training at this centre, and an attendance rate of over 90% has been recorded across all batches....
