Dehradun, Oct. 27 -- Chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Sunday attended the closing ceremony of the two-day "Devbhoomi Cultural Festival 2025" in Mana, the country's first village, located near the Indo-China border in Chamoli district. The event, jointly organised by the Indian Army and the Uttarakhand government, drew enthusiastic participation from local residents, tourists, and dignitaries.
