Defaulting employeesnot to be consideredfor promotion, says CS
Lucknow, Feb. 27 -- The state government has decided to take action against 47,816 employees who have not submitted details of their movable and immovable assets on the Manav Sampada portal by the January 31 deadline.
Departmental action should be taken against the defaulting employees as per rules and they should not be considered for promotion in the current selection year, chief secretary SP Goyal said in a letter on Thursday to additional chief secretaries, principal secretaries, secretaries, heads of various state government departments, divisional commissioners and district magistrates.
Such employees should not be given Assured Career Progression (ACP) this year if they are due nor should they be given vigilance clearance for foreign travel or deputation, he said.
If the salary for January has been drawn despite the employees not uploading the required information on the portal, departmental action should be taken against the disbursing officer, he said.
Defaulting employees have been given another opportunity to enter details of their movable and immovable assets on the portal from February 26 to March 10....
