Bhubaneswar, March 18 -- The death toll from a fire at the SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack early on Monday morning rose to 12 after an 11-year-old girl and a 45-year-old man succumbed to their injuries inflicted during the blaze that erupted in the intensive care unit of the trauma care department. The blaze broke out around 2.30am on Monday in the Trauma Intensive Care Unit, where 23 patients were admitted across two rooms.
