VARANASI, Sept. 28 -- The Centre for Tourism and Hospitality Studies (CTHS), Banaras Hindu University, celebrated World Tourism Day with a vibrant programme highlighting India's rich cultural diversity and traditions, greater integration of technology, responsible use of Artificial Intelligence (AI), and the spirit of Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat. The celebrations, which began on September 25 with a Heritage Walk, culminated in a grand programme at the Munshi Premchand Hall, Faculty of Arts. The concluding event featured cultural performances and a cultural walk, with students showcasing the traditional attire and costumes representing different states of India.
