PRAYAGRAJ, March 31 -- A couple was assaulted with iron rods and sharp-edged weapons by a group of attackers following a dispute over house construction in Madhavapur, under the Kydganj police station area. Both victims sustained serious injuries in the incident. Acting on a written complaint, Kydganj police have registered an FIR against 17 individuals. According to complainant Asha Patel, she had begun demolishing her old house to build a new one when her neighbour, Sanjay Patel, allegedly abused her husband and labourers. A complaint was filed at Kydganj police station on March 28. However, on March 29 the situation turned violent....
