LUCKNOW, May 11 -- Police on Saturday detained a contractual nursing officer working at Kalyan Singh Super Specialty Cancer Institute (KSSSCI) here in connection with an alleged job fraud case involving a promise of recruitment at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), officials said. The accused, identified as Abhishek Jaiswal of Mumbai, had been working at the KSSSCI since February 2, 2026. According to sources, the case relates to allegations that Jaiswal took nearly Rs.12 lakh from a friend after allegedly promising to secure him a job at the AIIMS. However, when the promised job did not materialise and the money was allegedly not returned, the victim lodged an FIR. Acting on the complaint, a joint police team from Sushant Golf City Police and Chhattisgarh reportedly arrived at the cancer institute in plain clothes and detained him for investigation.htc...
