Gorakhpur, April 3 -- Chief minister Yogi Adityanath on Thursday assured housing for needy and financial aid for patients with serious ailments during a 'Janata Darshan' at Digvijay Nath Auditorium in Gorakhnath temple. He heard grievances from over a hundred people and reiterated the government's commitment to ensuring welfare schemes reaching every eligible person, stressing prompt and effective redressal of complaints. The CM directed administrative and police officials to ensure time-bound, impartial disposal of cases, and asked police to take swift, strict action in law and order matters. During the interaction, he assured a woman seeking housing that she would be covered under a government scheme. On requests for medical assistance, he said no patient should suffer for want of funds, and directed officials to quickly prepare estimates for advanced treatment.
