New Delhi/Jammu, Sept. 30 -- A head constable of the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) shot dead four of his colleagues after an altercation in Kathua district of Jammu & Kashmir on Tuesday, officers aware of the matter said. The deceased were identified as assistant commandant Ankit Kumar Pandey, constables Rafiq Ahmed and Sandeep Kumar, and sub-inspector Lakshman Singh. They were posted at the Sewa Hydel Power Project in Mashka, Basohli, along with the accused head constable Avdesh Kumar.An officer aware of the matter said, "Prima facie, the probe revealed the incident took place just before the change of guard on Tuesday evening.
