PRAYAGRAJ, Aug. 15 -- Kokhraj police arrested an alleged chain-snatcher after an encounter in Kaushambi late Thursday night, during which the accused sustained a bullet injury to his leg, police said on Friday. The accused, identified as Faizan, son of late Kamaluddin and a resident of Nai Basti under Bharatganj police station in Prayagraj, was taken to the district hospital for treatment.
