Lucknow, Aug. 23 -- Chief election commissioner Gyanesh Kumar will interact with students at his alma mater-Colvin Taluqdars' College-and booth level officers (BLOs) at another venue during his two-day Lucknow visit commencing on Monday (August 24). Kumar will lead an Election Commission of India delegation during the visit.
