Patna, May 8 -- The sons of three former chief ministers were part of the 32 ministers who took oath on Thursday at the historic Gandhi Maidan in Patna, completing the long-awaited cabinet expansion of the Samrat Choudhary-led government in Bihar. Nishant Kumar, son of former CM Nitish Kumar, was given charge of health department.
