Lucknow, Sept. 7 -- The BJP Minority Morcha staged a show of strength here on Sunday with its national president Basit Ali leading a roadshow of over 200 cars and asserting that the party would "puncture the wheels of the Samajwadi Party's (SP) cycles" at every booth. Addressing workers, Ali said, "Na doori hai na khai hai, Modi hamara bhai hai" ("There is neither distance nor divide, Modi is our brother", seeking to underline the BJP's outreach among the minority community. Ali reached minister Danish Azad's official residence at noon, where a gathering was held before the cavalcade moved through the city. Speaking on the occasion Azad said the BJP would return to power in UP with a third consecutive full majority.
