PRAYAGRAJ, Nov. 4 -- Apna Dal (Kamerawadi) will kick-start its campaign for the 2027 Uttar Pradesh assembly elections with a public rally in Prayagraj on November 4, aligning with the party's foundation day. The rally will be held at the Sardar Patel Sansthan ground in Alopibagh, where party workers from various districts across the state are expected to gather in large numbers. Party national president Krishna Patel and Sirathu MLA Dr Pallavi Patel will address the gathering. Informing about the event, party state president CL Patel said the rally would call upon party workers to work towards a change in power by ensuring greater participation of deprived and marginalised sections of society. All national and state-level office-bearers of the party are also expected to attend the event, he added. CL Patel said the foundation day programme would mark the beginning of the party's preparations for the 2027 assembly elections and claimed that the event would give a new direction to UP politics.
