LUCKNOW, July 28 -- Spirited Tektro Club continued their winning streak in the District Football League 2026 even on Monday, notching up a convincing 5-0 win over Big Blue Club, at the Chowk Stadium here. In another match of the day, Aero Club recorded a 2-0 win over RBI Club. Tektro Club played ruthless attacking football, showcasing clinical finishing and disciplined defending. Kamal opened the scoring early in the 15th minute with a composed finish that set the tone (1-0). After a quiet middle phase, Tektro surged again in the second half as Akshay extended the lead in the 48th minute (2-0). The highlight came from Ankit, who produced a devastating hat-trick inside a four-minute spell, scoring in the 52nd, 54th and 56th minutes to seal a comprehensive victory. Big Blue struggled to create clear chances against a well-organised Tektro backline that kept a clean sheet. In the second match of the day, Robin broke the deadlock midway through the first half with a neat strike in the 27th minute (1-0). The match remained competitive until the hour mark when Abhishek doubled Aero's lead in the 48th minute, allowing the visitors to manage the game comfortably thereafter. RBI created a few hopeful moments but lacked the cutting edge in the final third.
