LUCKNOW, Oct. 23 -- The minimum temperature in Lucknow rose noticeably amid Diwali festivities, with forecasts indicating mainly clear skies on Thursday, turning misty in the morning. Day and night temperatures are expected to hover around 34degC and 23degC, respectively. On Wednesday, Lucknow recorded a night temperature of 24degC, 5.5degC above normal, while Tuesday saw 21.6degC. Maximum temperatures are likely to remain unchanged, bringing mild cold weather with morning fog or mist in some locations, according to the meteorological office....
