agra, July 3 -- The owner of a water park was arrested on Thursday in connection with the drowning of a nine-year-old boy in a swimming pool at the park in Agra's Khandoli area. A case was registered against him at Khandoli police station following a complaint by the victim's family. ACP Devesh Kumar said Keshav Kumar, the water park owner named in the FIR, was arrested on Thursday and was being sent to jail in compliance with the court's orders. "A case has been registered against Keshav Kumar, under the charge of culpable homicide not amounting to murder on a complaint lodged by the family members," he said. The ACP said investigation is underway and revealed that a similar incident involving the drowning of a 10-year-old child had occurred at the park in 2025. htc...
