Lucknow, Sept. 12 -- Four people were arrested for allegedly stripping two youths and beating them over suspicion of theft at an under-construction building in Amberganj area of Lucknow's Saadatganj on Tuesday night, police said. The arrest happened after a complaint was received and an alleged video of the incident surfaced. According to police, the two youths allegedly entered the building around 3am and were caught by labourers. The youths were accused of stealing a water pump, a worker's mobile phone and around Rs.10,000 . The two were allegedly stripped and beaten with sticks.
