30 lakh diyas on 56 ghats, 2,100 drones in sky to depict Ramayan
Lucknow, Nov. 1 -- Ten years after BJP came to power in the state and Yogi Adityanath took over as chief minister, Ayodhya is gearing up for its 10th grand Deepotsav - this time bigger, brighter and more high-tech than ever.

The aerial show will depict Lord Ram, Lakshman and Hanuman in heroic poses, Pushpak Viman, Ravana Vadh, Ram Darbar, Deepotsav, Maharishi Valmiki and Goswami Tulsidas, along with logos of Ram Mandir and Deepotsav through synchronised lights, formations.
According to officials, at least 15 special formations have been designed, with over 50% being entirely new. The storyboard, script, music and voice-over have all been changed to give Deepotsav-2026 a new dimension.
