GORAKHPUR, Sept. 30 -- The body of Prince Nishad, 17, of Moharipur, who had been missing since leaving home for coaching on September 23, was found floating near Shekhpura village on Monday evening, police said. He left at 8 am for an exam at a Betiahata coaching centre but never reached there. His phone was switched off; its last location was traced to Pipiganj. Police received information about the body through Dial 112. As it had decomposed, his family identified him by his clothes. His father Namd Kishore, who runs a medical store, alleged murder, said Prince was a district topper and was in contact with a girl at the centre, and accused police of delay. Police are examining all angles, including the relationship, CCTV, mobile activity and call records. Three suspects were detained.
