Haldwani, May 18 -- A 17-year-old boy allegedly died by suicide in Kashipur area of Udham Singh Nagar district on Sunday, police said. According to Senior Sub-Inspector Naveen Budhani of Kashipur police, the minor was found dead by his family and that no suicide note as well as external injury marks found on the body. The police rushed to the spot after local residents informed them about the incident. However, by the time the police reached, family members had already taken him down from the noose. Police later took possession of the body and sent it for postmortem examination, officials said. Budhani said preliminary investigation suggests that the deceased was reportedly under mental stress for the past few days....
