The charge of director, geology and mining has been withdrawn from secretary, geology and mining, Mala Srivastava. Ujjwal Kumar has been made special secretary and director, geology and mining. J Reebha is new MD, UP medical supply corporation. Srihari Pratap Shahi has been made director Panchayati Raj and Amit Kumar Singh MD, PCDF. Sachin Kumar Singh is now special secretary, medical education and Neeraj Shukla MD, PCF. Archana Gahawar becomes registrar, AKTU. Reena Singh has been made registrar, King George Medical University. The appointment of new KGMU registrar comes in light of the escalating administrative rift between V-C Soniya Nityanand and registrar Archana Gaharwar over governance decisions, employee transfers, and council meetings. Rakesh Kumar Singh is now additional commissioner, UP Housing and Development Board, while Chandra Bhusan has been made additional director, Dr Ram Manohar Lohia UP Academy of Administration and Management.
