VARANASI, Nov. 6 -- Special worship, shringar and aarti of Goddess Annapurna will be held at Kashi Vishwanath Dham at 4 am on Friday on the occasion of Dhanteras. The temple will also distribute 'khazana' prasad to devotees after the maha-aarti, Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple Trust CEO Satyam Mishra said on Thursday. The special darshan and prasad distribution will continue until the Shayan Aarti on November 10, the day of Annakoot festival. On Annakoot, a Chhappan Bhog comprising 56 varieties of food items will be offered to Lord Kashi Vishwanath during the midday bhog aarti. A grand Shivalaya made entirely of laddus will also be set up in the Vaikunth Mahadev courtyard near the western entrance of the sanctum sanctorum.
