PANAJI, Sept. 10 -- Union minister for road transport and highways Nitin Gadkari on Wednesday said he will not attend the inauguration of the Mumbai-Goa highway as he is "ashamed" at the "hopeless delays" that have afflicted it. Speaking at the inauguration of a road in Goa, he said: "The Mumbai Goa Highway has been hopelessly delayed and the contractors have failed...
