Shimla, June 1 -- Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has urged the people of the state to make maximum use of the "Self-Enumeration" facility provided by the Directorate of Census Operations. He said that citizens can submit their information online through the self-enumeration portal se.census.gov.in from June 1 to June 15. The CM said that the census is the backbone of democracy and development. Sukhu said that census in state will be held in two phases.
