New Delhi, April 2 -- The Supreme Court has allowed the 19 Appellate Tribunals notified and set-up by the Election Commission (EC) in West Bengal to hear appeals by people (who have either been excluded or included front the voter list), saying that the "valuable" right to vote cannot be "washed out" in a manner that creates an "oppressive" situation for citizens.
