Srinagar, Aug. 11 -- Jammu and Kashmir Police on Monday attached property of notorious drug peddler in Budgam worth approximately Rs.4 crore. A statement said Srinagar police attached an immovable property in Budgam district, worth approximately Rs.4 crore, belonging to a notorious drug peddler under the provisions of the NDPS Act, 1985. Police spokesman said Khanyar police station attached the property of Fayaz Ahmad Dar of Ichgam, Budgam, in connection with a case under Sections 8/21 of the NDPS Act. "The attached property comprises a two-storeyed residential house with an attic structure along with 5 kanals and 17 marlas of land, situated at Ichgam, Budgam, with an estimated market value of approximately Rs.4 Crores," the spokesman said. htc...
