Dharamshala, July 16 -- Himachal Pradesh police has arrested a man for allegedly raping two minors in Chamba district, said officials. The incident is from Salooni subdivision and the accused has been arrested after a complaint by the victims' family. According to the police, the accused allegedly raped the two minors aged 15 and 16 at different times and different places. Police officials said that the man is closely related to the victims. Police have registered a case under section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and section 65(1) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). "Police took prompt action and arrested the accused. The investigation team has been directed to fast-track the probe and police intend to file a chargesheet against the accused at earliest," a senior police official said....
