Shimla, Oct. 14 -- Alleging that several development projects were facing delays under the Congress government in the state, BJP state media in-charge and MLA Randhir Sharma on Tuesday said the Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu-led government had failed to effectively utilise the financial assistance and development opportunities provided by the central government. Sharma said the central government sanctioned a grant of Rs.1,000 crore for the Bulk Drug Park in the Una district, out of which Rs.225 crore had already been released. "According to recent project review figures, approximately Rs.117 crore has been utilised. The industries minister should clarify the slow pace of project implementation," he said. htc...
