Dharamshala, Feb. 26 -- As two western disturbances (WD) are likely to affect the western Himalayan region in the coming days, parts of Himachal are expected to receive fresh rain or snowfall. A fresh feeble WD is expected to affect the region on February 27, followed by another WD on March 2. According to IMD, higher reaches of the hill state are expected to receive rain or snowfall on February 27 and 28, then again on March 2 and 3. However, dry weather is expected to continue in mid hills and plain areas of the state till March 3. During the last 24 hours, very light rain was observed at isolated places of the state with no significant change in minimum and maximum temperatures. The minimum temperatures were above normal by 2-3 degrees at most of the stations and normal or near normal at isolated stations.
