Shimla, June 16 -- The first phase of Census-2027 - House Listing and Housing Census, would officially commence across the state from June 16 and would continue until July 15. A spokesperson of the state directorate of census operations informed that the training of all enumerators and supervisors had been successfully completed. This year's census was being conducted digitally, with enumerators using the HLO Mobile App for data collection. He said that the citizens who failed to complete self-enumeration through the online portal would be covered through door-to-door visits during the census period.
