Shimla, May 26 -- The census is set to be conducted in two phases in the state. The first phase will include house listing and housing census, while the second phase will involve population enumeration, director census operations-cum-citizen registration, Himachal Pradesh, Deep Shikha Sharma said on Monday. She revealed this while appraising chief minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu about various aspects of Census-2027, a statement issued here said. The first phase will be carried out from June 16 to July 15.
